Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing one of our custom-handmade fedora hats. We are confident that you will love your new hat, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept exchanges within 2 days of receipt of your order.
Please note that due to the nature of our custom handmade products, we do not offer refunds on any orders. We strongly advise you to carefully measure your head and compare it to our size chart before placing your order to ensure a proper fit.
To be eligible for an exchange, hats must be in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in the original packaging. Customized hats are final sale and can not be exchanged.
Please contact us at 443-595-7755 to initiate an exchange. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new or repaired hat will be shipped to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or damaged hat, please contact us at 443-595-7755 with a photo of the damage and we will send you a replacement.
